In our engineer's knowledge, this design is unreasonable and unsafe for steel structure buildings, so we communicated with this client many times to ensure their design was good. This client's architect is also very professional and likely integrated local standards, so we ultimately manufactured according to this client's design requirements.
This steel structure workshop is also equipped with a 5-ton crane, which was provided by us. We have reliable cooperated supplier and the price is competitive.
After several design changes and communications, this client confirmed the order with a payment term 30% deposit by TT and 70% balance by LC.
Due to the pandemic, shipping costs skyrocketed, rising from over $3,000 to $20,000 of a 40HQ container. This project needed 7x40HQ containers, as facing the high shipping fees, client postponed the shipment. It wasn't until a year and a half later, when the shipping costs dropped to $8,000, that the shipment was sent.
During this period, we waived the storage fees for this client`s steel structure workshop. We sincerely apologize for this unusual situation and have done our best to minimize this client's losses within our capabilities.
